    Homemade honey & ginger syrup

    Jose Luis Leon, recipe sufficient for 500 ml: Pour in saucepan 500 ml of honey and add 500 ml of still mineral water. Heat, then add a cinnamon stick and 200 g of chopped fresh ginger. Boil for 30 minutes, then cool and strain ready syrup into a bottle.
