Cocktail recipe El bizzcoti
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 4 slices of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 25 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of homemade honey & ginger syrup, 25 ml of strega and 40 ml of mezcal
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Use clothespin to garnish the cocktail with lemon zest, a green basil leaf and cardamom seeds
