Cocktail recipe Jackie
- Pour 15 ml of quail egg white, 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of homemade honey & ginger syrup and 60 ml of bourbon into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Squeeze lemon zest over the cocktail, rub it on the rim of the glass, and add to the cocktail
