Salted butter

Butter salt is produced by separating or whipping cream from cow's milk with the addition of edible salt. It contains a fat-soluble vitamin A and beta-carotene. The yellower the product is, the more of these nutrients it contains. One bar spoon contains around 5 grams of butter salt. Stored in the refrigerator for up to 20 days.
