| Ground cinnamon | 1 | g |
| Cinnamon sticks | 5 | g |

Cocktail recipe Hot buttered rum
- Place 10 ml of honey, 2 bar spoons of salted butter, and a pinch of ground cinnamon into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 60 ml of apple juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of dark rum
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve with a lime half with cookies
