    Homemade citrus oleo

    Stuart Morrow’s recipe, good for 100 ml: place 1000 g of lemon zest and 1000 g of orange zest into a container, then pour in 1000 g of powdered sugar. Close the container and leave to rest for 2-3 days at room temperature. Filter the resulting oil into a separate container and store in the refrigerator.
