Prosecco

Collected by hand three varieties grapes are fermented, and resulting wines are blended and bottled with the addition of cane sugar and yeast. A secondary fermentation happens in the bottle, it takes at least 9 months, the residual is removed using reimage, liquor is added and the bottle is closed with a natural cork.
