How to Make the Jackalope

  • Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and add 10 ml of absinthe
  • Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of orange juice, 15 ml of maple syrup and 45 ml of calvados into a shaker
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Stir the ice with absinthe in the glass and pour it out
  • Strain the cocktail into the aromatized cocktail glass
