Sea buckthorn

Small yellow berries growing on deciduous thorny shrubs mostly on the Atlantic coast of Europe and in North-West China. Contains a mixture of carotene and carotenoids, sterols, phospholipids, vitamin K, acts as an excellent antibacterial agent. One bar spoon contains 5 g of berries.
