Cocktail recipe Sandthorn Fever
- Place 4 bar spoons of sea buckthorn and 6 mint leaves into an irish coffee glass
- Pour in 20 ml hazelnut syrup and 40 ml gin
- Top up with hot assam tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a mint sprig
