French aperitif wine produced from a combination of the white wines of the Bordeaux region mixed with fruit liqueurs. While the wine is maturing, peel of sweet, bitter and sour oranges and green quinine is infused in brandy spirits. Then all is mixed and kept in oak barrels for 8-12 months.
