Cocktail recipe Bartender’s choice
- Place the rocks ice into the champagne saucer
- Pour 20 ml of simple syrup, 20 ml of lime juice, and 15 ml of grapefruit juice into the shaker
- Add 10 ml of Campari, 20 ml of Lillet Blanc, and 30 ml of silver tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the champagne saucer
- Garnish with grapefruit zest
