    Spanish dry fortified wine produced by the fermenting of grapes of Palomino sherry with the addition of special yeast. Matured for at least 12 months, the wine covered by a special film – flor. Enriched with grape alcohol and matures in barrels using solera method, first under the protective film, and then without it.
