Cocktail recipe Zydeco
- Place an ice cube into a rocks glass
- Soak a cane sugar cube in 20 ml of amontillado sherry and 2 dashes of peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass
- Add 50 ml of aged cognac
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange zest
