Cocktail recipe Postcard from Italy
- Pour 15 ml of quail egg white, 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of agave syrup, 30 ml of amaro and 40 ml of gold tequila into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of orange bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a chilled goblet glass
- Spray a bit of amontillado sherry over the cocktail
