Cocktail recipe Green thumb
- Fill a collins glass with ice cubes
- Pour 22,5 ml of lime juice, 22,5 ml of homemade snap pea syrup, 15 ml of green chartreuse, 15 ml of amontillado sherry, 30 ml of aged rum and 30 ml of gin into a shaker
- Add a pinch of pink salt
- Shake thoroughly
- Pour the cocktail into a perlini shaker, gas it and shake thoroughly
- Slowly open the perlini shaker in order to remove the surplus gas
- Pour into the collins glass
- Spray barbecue-flavored tincture over the glass
- Garnish with pea tendrils with spices
