How to Make the Apple Temptation
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 40 ml of apple juice, 20 ml of honey syrup and 40 ml of absinthe into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with 3 apple wedges
