Cocktail recipe Bubble bath
- Pour 25 ml of lychee liqueur, 25 ml of homemade poppy vodka and 25 ml of homemade lavender vodka into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Place 8 peeled and pitted lychees into a juicer and make fresh lychee juice
- Pour 50 ml of still water, 100 ml of lychee juice and 5 ml of rose syrup into a bowl
- Add a pinch of lecithin
- Whisk until the foam appears
- Garnish the cocktail with this foam
