Cocktail recipe Port of Hope
- Make a coconut flake rim for the cocktail glass
- Pour 20 ml of homemade smoked oleo into the mixing glass
- Add 50 ml of homemade fruit rum and 40 ml of London dry gin
- Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon
- Strain into the cocktail glass
