Cocktail recipe Negroni from the Bronx
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 15 ml of tawny port, 40 ml of dry red wine, 30 ml of campari and 15 ml of drambuie into a mixing glass
- Add 3 dashes of peach and plum bitters
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange zest
