Cocktail recipe East Indian negroni
- Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
- Pour 22.5 ml of Pedro Ximenez sherry, 22.5 ml of campari and 60 ml of white rum into a mixing glass
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange zest
