Cocktail recipe Kir french style
- Pour 120 ml of champagne into a chilled champagne saucer
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white and 20 ml of apricot liqueur into a cream whipper
- Close the cream whipper and froth 3-4 times
- Garnish the cocktail with a layer of apricot cream from the cream whipper and a mint sprig
