How to Make the The Big Bluff
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 20 ml of grapefruit juice, 20 ml of cherry liqueur, 30 ml of silver tequila and 30 ml of scotch whisky into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into the highball glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
