Cocktail recipe Gimlet alla modenese
- Place the rocks ice in the champagne saucer
- Pour 15 ml of homemade Modena cordial and 60 ml of London dry gin into the mixing glass
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Strain into the champagne saucer
