Cocktail recipe Mr. Uyeda's gimlet
- Place an ice cube into a champagne saucer
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup and 45 ml of gin into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and make a hard shake
- Strain into the champagne saucer
