Recipe structure Miss Roza Fizz
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice and 60 ml of rose syrup into the shaker
- Add 45 ml of homemade mandarin peel gin
- Fill the shaker with ice, close it, and roll vertically from one hand to the other for several minutes
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Fill to the top with soda water
- Garnish with a lollipop, dried rose petals, and a scoop of lime sorbet
