| Ginger root | 15 | g |

Cocktail recipe Gin mule
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 slices of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 25 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the highball glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a slice of ginger root
