Cocktail recipe Barbie

• Place 2 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
• Add 10 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 15 ml of vodka
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Fine strain into a shot glass
• Pour 5 ml of vanilla syrup and 20 ml of heavy cream into the shaker
• Whip thoroughly with a whisk
• Use bar spoon to layer on whipped vanilla cream from the shaker
