How to Make the Pink Ginger
- Place 1 raspberry, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of pear vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
