Cocktail recipe French collins
- Place 6 green grapes and 10 red basil leaves into a highball glass
- Add a chopped lime half and muddle
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 10 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of cognac
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a sprig of red basil
