Cocktail recipe Mojito
- Place 3 lime wedges into a highball glass and muddle
- Take 10 mint leaves into one hand and clap with the other one
- Place the mint into the highball glass
- Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
- Add 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of white rum
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
