Cocktail recipe Strawberry mojito
- Place 10 mint leaves and 3 lime wedges into a highball glass
- Add 5 strawberries and muddle
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 15 ml of strawberry syrup and 50 ml of white rum
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a strawberry
