Cocktail recipe Yin yang
- Place 9 mint leaves into a highball glass
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of gin
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a mint leaf
