How to Make the Currant Cosmo
- Place 2 bar spoons of blackcurrant, a quarter of chopped lime into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of blackcurrant syrup, 10 ml of triple sec liqueur and 30 ml of blackcurrant vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Squeeze orange zest over the glass
- Garnish with a redcurrant sprig and berries
