Cocktail recipe The pianist
- Place 3 raspberries, 2 blackberries, 1 bar spoon of bilberries into a shaker
- Add 3 bar spoons of blackcurrant and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 30 ml of cherry juice and 50 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a sprig of redcurrant
