How to Make the Sunlight
- Place 1 peeled and sliced banana into a blender
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 150 ml of orange juice and 30 ml of honey syrup
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into a collins glass
- Garnish with an orange wedge and a banana wheel with a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
