How to Make the Pelican
- Place a half of peeled and chopped banana and 2 strawberries into a blender
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of grenadine syrup, 10 ml of strawberry syrup and 150 ml of peach juice
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into a highball glass
- Garnish with a banana wheel and a half of strawberry on a cocktail skewer
