How to Make the Warming Oriental Honey

• Place a quarter of lime, an orange wedge, a grapefruit wedge and a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher
• Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 100 ml of still water, 200 ml of orange juice, 20 ml of passion fruit juice, 20 ml of honey syrup and 70 ml of orange vodka
• Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
• Pour into a teapot
• Serve on a base with a candle to prevent the cocktail from cooling
