Yellow apple syrup	20	ml
Lemon juice	15	ml
Apple	20	g
Raspberry	5	g
Ice cubes	350	g

How to Make the Swish

Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of yellow apple syrup, 20 ml of vodka, 20 ml of silver tequila and 20 ml of white rum into a shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the sling glass
Top up with apple cider and stir gently
Garnish with 2 apple wheels and a raspberry on a cocktail skewer
