How to Make the Russian Long Island
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 pitted cherries, 2 raspberries into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of triple sec liqueur, 15 ml of silver tequila, 15 ml of white rum, 15 ml of gin and 15 ml of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the sling glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with 2 raspberries on a cocktail skewer
