How to Make the Swish
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of yellow apple syrup, 20 ml of vodka, 20 ml of silver tequila and 20 ml of white rum into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the sling glass
- Top up with apple cider and stir gently
- Garnish with 2 apple wheels and a raspberry on a cocktail skewer
