Cocktail recipe Dark Side of the Moon
- Fill a Collins glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 3 g of bamboo powder into the shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of lime juice and 15 ml of ginger syrup
- Add 15 ml of picon and 30 ml of mezcal
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain through the strainer and sieve into the Collins
- Garnish with an orange wheel
