Cocktail recipe Amelie
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of lime juice, 25 ml of homemade wine syrup and 30 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Add 3 dashes of angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint sprig
