Cocktail recipe Indian sour
- Rim a sour glass with roasted sesame
- Place a quarter of orange into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 25 ml of quail egg white, 10 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of cinnamon syrup and 40 ml of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Fine strain into the chilled sour glass
