Cocktail recipe Vanilla smash
- Place 30 mint leaves into a highball glass and muddle gently
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 30 ml of apple juice, 25 ml of yellow apple syrup and 40 ml of vanilla vodka
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a green apple slice and a mint sprig
