Cocktail recipe Smoky scot
- Place a quarter of orange, a sprig of thyme into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 25 ml of quail egg white, 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of vanilla syrup and 50 ml of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a thyme sprig
