Cocktail recipe Orient express
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 25 ml of quail egg white, 15ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of vanilla syrup, 10 ml of cinnamon liqueur and 40 ml of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange wedges and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
