Cocktail recipe Caribbean treasure
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 3 peeled and pitted lychees into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 90 ml of pineapple juice, 30 ml of strawberry liqueur and 60 ml of coconut liqueur
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the highball glass
- Garnish with strawberry halves and a mint sprig
