Cocktail recipe Devil's kiss
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place a chili pepper wheel into a shaker and muddle
- Add 6 bar spoons of strawberry puree
- Pour in 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of honey syrup and 50 ml of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig
