Cocktail recipe Tea with kumquat
- Place 4 chopped kumquats, 3 lime leaves, 5 cloves and 1 cardamom seed into a rocks glass
- Pour in 20 ml of passion fruit syrup
- Top up with hot dianhong tea and stir gently
